Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Radiology Specialty: Mammography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: State License Certifications: ARRT(R)(M), BLS Must-Have: Registered and competent Mammographer with experience in screening, diagnostic, and stereotactic breast biopsies. Description: Located in the Client. Providing quality, compassionate healthcare since 1950. Offering a spectrum of care to patients, including diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services. Accredited by the Joint Commission. Designated as a Chest Pain Center with Primary PCIS. Certified as a Primary Stroke Center. Recognized as the Best Client by multiple Reader's Choice awards. Facility equipped with 199 beds. Enjoy year-round sunshine and outdoor recreational activities. Available activities include hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and more. Required certifications must be obtained prior to start. Background checks and fingerprinting are necessary before hiring. All clinical staff must be compliant with state regulations. Registered mammographers are needed for performing screening and diagnostic mammograms as well as stereotactic biopsies. Uniform requirements include scrubs of any color. Unit-specific policies and guidelines will be provided. An experienced team with advanced technology is available to support staff.
