Develops and maintains process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Assists with troubleshooting production challenges and corrective actions.
Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Required Technical Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
Experience improving chemical manufacturing processes.
Experience evaluating and optimizing production equipment/workflows for efficiency and output.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments with safety and quality compliance.
Strong understanding of process improvement and manufacturing principles.
