Your Responsibilities as General Manager
Drive year-over-year growth in regional revenue, profit dollars, and profit percentage.
Improve employee engagement scores across all branches within the assigned region.
Achieve a minimum 95% annual client retention rate by conducting regular in-person visits with key accounts (monthly or quarterly, based on size and scope).
Personally recruit at least two new management or staff members in the region each year.
Actively mentor and develop at least two team members annually for internal promotion.
Lead personal sales efforts to win new accounts and contribute to at least 10% annual regional growth.
Attain proficiency in all relevant company systems, including onboarding, scheduling, financial tools, and CRM platforms.
Ensure 100% compliance with all GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements across the region.
Model the GardaWorld Values daily, setting the standard for ethical leadership and operational excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in contract security services
Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
