• By working outside of a single school or district, you can have a variety of perspectives and experiences alongside others in your profession, all while being free from tasks that district employees are typically required to do.
• We offer better overall compensation and benefits than typical school districts (including summer pay for our full-time salaried school staff).
• We provide guidance, supervision, and support to our whole team, and we will always advocate for you and your needs. We host professional development workshops and CEUs, and you can also check out any materials you need from our lending library.

• Provide direct social work services to refer students who have serious social and emotional problems that interfere with learning
• Provide individual and group therapeutic counseling to students and their families
• Identify and assesses academic problems through analysis of factors impinging on student adjustment including factors in the home, school, and community
• Determine and implement appropriate therapeutic strategies to effect changes in behavioral/social interactions of students and their families
• Complete psychosocial assessments to assist in the determination of special education eligibility
• Coordinate and facilitate crisis intervention

• Social Worker License (required)
• School Social Worker approval
