Automotive Parts ManagerTooele Motor Company is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department in Tooele, UT. This is a great opportunity for an automotive parts professional who knows how to manage inventory, support a busy service department, develop a strong team, and drive department performance. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who understands dealership parts operations and takes pride in keeping technicians and customers supplied with the right parts at the right time.Pay & Benefits$60,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience and performanceCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offEmployee discountsOngoing training and professional developmentCareer growth opportunitiesStable, established dealership environmentWhat You’ll DoOversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership Parts DepartmentManage parts inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributionMaintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing obsolete and excess inventoryEnsure technicians have the correct parts needed to complete repairs efficientlyManage retail, internal, and wholesale parts operationsMonitor department sales, gross profit, expenses, and overall performanceEstablish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturersReview inventory reports and identify opportunities to improve turns, fill rates, and profitabilityEnsure accurate pricing, invoicing, and parts documentationHandle special orders, returns, warranty parts, and manufacturer requirementsHire, train, coach, schedule, and support Parts Department employeesWork closely with Service, Sales, and dealership leadershipMaintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused parts operationEnsure department processes meet dealership and manufacturer standardsWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious automotive dealership parts experience requiredParts management or leadership experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, and dealership operationsExperience with OEM parts and manufacturer processesStrong leadership and team-management skillsAbility to analyze inventory, sales, and department performanceExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environmentExperience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs preferredValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbout Tooele Motor CompanyTooele Motor Company is a multi-brand automotive dealership serving Tooele and the surrounding communities.
